Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert is convinced if 24 was really a reality show about her life it would be boring.
Insisting her perfect day would involve staying home, watching cable tv and eating junk food.
She says, “I would probably end up staying home, relaxing and cooking for myself and watching some really great movie. My life is a lot of fun and very adventurous but some of the most boring things in life are sometimes the best. I’d just want to veg out and, if I could, maybe sleep in until one or two (in the afternoon). Actually my favorite 24 hours is missing my 24 hours.”

Elisha apparently has been approached by Playboy to do a nude photo spread, reports indicate the Elisha Cuthbert laughed off the requests and suggested men’s magazines keep there cash insisting shes to modest to bare all for the camera. She will strip for the camera if its absolutely necessary however usually the final cut is actually a body double.
She says “I never shy away from saying, ‘OK guys, we can do this; let’s just use a double.’ I feel I give a lot to the public and there’s a few things in my life right now that I’d like to keep to myself – my breasts being one of them.”
This is a rather interesting perspective coming from Cuthbert who a few years ago accepted the role of a porn star in The Girl Next Dorr.
Elisha says “I wouldn’t cancel out a nude scene but, right now, with my life and my career, I don’t feel the need to do that. I don’t feel it’s necessary. “I’ve been doing fine finding roles that don’t need to have full-frontal nudity in them. There have been points where we’ve had to use body doubles, and, obviously, as I get older, the roles get more mature.

Elisha recent shared that she is very reliveced not to have been asked to dub her character, Kimberly Bauer from the hit series 24, for its recent foray into the French Canadian networks. She insists while she grew up in Montreal and knows enough french to order food, shop etc she feels if her TV bosses had asked her to dub the character in french she would have butchered the language.
She explains, “They have very strict rules to make sure the people that do dub over the voice are mother-tongue French and their first language is the French language. “Unfortunately, I grew up speaking English at home and certainly do not have the ability or the authority to tell them that I’m good enough to speak the language. I do speak French when I go home and it’s sweet and it’s fun but it’s certainly not good enough for the French public. “If I’m out and about ordering food, shopping and what not, of course I speak French – it’s is a huge part of Montreal and, growing up in that sort of environment, you had to sort of know how to speak it to a certain extent. “But it’s a difficult language with a lot of rules and I would hate to put myself in the position to sort of butcher it on TV.”
